Where do you start when everything was taken from you?Revenge was Ruadhan's choice.An unknown past haunts Ruadhan- no knowledge of his family, his origins, not even his nameday or birth name. All that he remembers is darkness laced with pain, the bite of cold metal wrapped around his neck, and an undying inferno of rage.His dreams, however, are haunted by visions of a burning village— the once vibrant forest floor mired in deep shades of crimson. The fallen bodies of his own kin and anguished screams of those still living. And in the middle of all the death and destruction, a shade of himself. He often wakes from them lashing out, soaked in sweat.Nothing Ruadhan has done so far has relieved him of these nightmares, so the Rava goes to extremes to avoid sleep for however long he can. Smoking, abusing stimulants, you name it.It took many long years for him to piece himself back together and create some semblance of an identity and sense of who he once was.He took up jobs here and there and eventually settled into the mercenary lifestyle. For many years he worked with the same merc unit, but a falling out in the group led to him being painted as the scapegoat. He was chased out of the city as a whole, but it lead to him settling in Limsa Lominsa, where he still resides to this day.

Hooks/Ideas:▪ Ruadhan works as a mercenary, fighter, or killer for hire. Might be looking for a new merc crew, or looking to be hired for jobs.▪ He spends time at somnus dens; the drug helps him keep calm.▪ Has been known to spend time in underground illegal cage fights, after being banned from legal fighting for losing control and being too vicious.▪ Ruadhan is a decent mechanic. Need some basic magitek touched up? He can probably handle it.. for a price.▪ While he can still feel pain, it's incredibly dulled. As a result, he's become a bit of a masochist, and thus seeks out risky opportunities and dangerous people.▪ Though he can't quite remember them, Ruadhan once had a wife and children, unlike a traditional Viera clan. Perhaps something could stir his memory?▪ Absolutely loathes Garleans and Garlemald, and is easily sparked into rage in relation to them.▪ Romance is not a thing for Ruadhan. Sex with no strings attached is what he prefers; he doesn't know how to deal with feelings. But if your OC would like to attempt to tame him, they're welcome to try.

What type of RP I am looking for:

✔ erp is fine, but i like having fun writing smut- i.e. more involved and interesting writing.
✔ 3rd person, present/past tense, at least small paragraph posts (varying lengths is fine!)What I'm not interested in:
✖ Anything involving death or serious permanent maiming of a PC.
✖ Basic, quick erp. It's boring.
✖ Anything in first person or second person. They're both very awkward.
